What's included
12 week workout program
Designed of 4, 40 minute at home workouts per week designed to lose body fat while building lean muscle. Located all in one app with video demonstrations of each exercise.
Custom Nutrition Targets
A one time macro calculation along with a step by step guide of either a reverse diet or calorie deficit depending on which you need based off the initial intake form, so you know exactly how to adjust.
Monthly Group Calls
Monthly group calls to cover a featured topic, breakthrough mindset blocks, ask your burning questions, and connect with women who are alongside you in the program!
Weekly Meal Plan
Weekly meal plans including all the high protein recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack with the GROCERY LIST!
Group Check In's
Each week we will have group check in's to hold you accountable in staying on track throughout the program. This is a great time to ask questions and together work through obstacles.

Hi, I'm so glad you're here!
I'm Chelsea, a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Before I was teaching other women on fitness & nutrition I was just like you! A busy mom of two trying to balance the busyness of motherhood while trying to create a healthy lifestyle.
After successfully losing a combined 94 pound following two pregnancies, and keeping it off ever since, it became my passion to help others create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable!
